Retirement Planning There are two parts to the Retirement planning equation. The first is the accumulation side. On this side we help you review the various investment vehicles that are available. There are a myriad of financial products, (Variable Annuity, Fixed Annuity, Mutual Funds, IRA's, Roth IRA's, etc.) along with a myriad of Financial Companies (American Funds, Oppenheimer Group, Fidelity Advisors, Delaware Funds, etc).
There are also many strategies for you to consider as well when trying to reach your retirement objectives. These strategies include dollar cost averaging, asset allocation, and diversification.
The second half of the equation is the spend down side. After you retire, the decisions of how to position your assets can be more complex than the accumulation side. On this side of the equation you will be facing concerns of overspending, (or under spending), leaving a legacy, concerns of a catastrophic illness, or a Long Term stay in a Nursing Home. Issues of growth vs. guarantees require a balancing act in order to put a plan in place to meet your changing needs.
We promise to do all we can to make sense out of the confusion and tailor a plan to meet your goals.
Life/Health/Disability In the financial planning arena perhaps nothing changes more in life than our Life Insurance needs. A families needs for protection with a home mortgage and young children changes dramatically when the children leave and the mortgage is paid off. The types of coverage to consider, Term, Universal Life, or a combination of both can be designed to meet your needs.
As the costs for Health Care continue to rise, the solutions continue to come forward. When purchasing a Health Insurance policy, you will want to consider the size of your deductible, whether to implement a Health Savings plan, and whether to purchase a Long Term Care or Disability plan.
Companies and products evolve constantly in this area. We aim to stay on top of this rapidly changing world and help you understand the plan best suited for you.
